Jogging Field

Ha! what a nice poster...
oh well, i went to one today... in church...
after so long, so so long...
wanted to do it since so long ago, finally...
i ran today.. hah
1.25km... no big deal for many...
but it's a good start for me
i wanted to stop at juz 0.7km..
feel my leg 'stepping on the lemon'
but then i told myself.. don't quit, don't stop...
so i continue...
i remember eric, terence, danny ever said...
don't easily quit, ur body can take it, juz go on...
so i went on...
juz one more round...
but it's a good start...
i feel like running more...
maybe tues, thurs and fri will be some good day to run...

picking up my old shoe... i'm in running zone...

hey yup dun quit!everytime push urself 1 or 2 more rounds.and u will see improvement in no time.ya.i have many experiences in jogging.since i always jog.its part of my training=]

jogging not only improves stamina but it also strengthens our focus, so we can concentrate better in the things we are doing.
