Is He safe?

was reading the TAWG and the title was... my title as well...

basically is taken from the story - Chronicles of Narnia..

when Lucy and Susan suppose to meet with Azlan...

they asked is He safe (coz Azlan is a lion)...

(i suppose everyone will be fearful when we have to face lion upfront)..

Beaver answered (ya, in the story, animal can speak)...

"Is He safe? No, but He's loving.."

Bible says God is consuming fire, He is not safe, but certainly loving...

We never think of meeting Him face to face...

because most of us never met Him face to face...

we dun think we will ever meet Him face to face..

But when i read the TAWG, suddenly I felt a conviction in me..

God is everywhere, He's watching us..

How can I live a life just as i wish,

Talk as I like, do as i please?

I am learning, learning to fear Him...

learning to place Him at the highest place...

while i draw near to Him without any pretension, reservation...

FEAR THE LORD AND WE NEED NOT FEAR ANYTHING ELSE...

trust in the Lord and we are blessed...

taste the goodness of the Lord and other things will be tasteless...
