Brand new experiences

went to Cambodia from 18-25June...
with 10 TnTs we tread on the soil of this wonderful land...
went there some 8 years ago...
yet there are lots of new experiences...
it's my first time leading all working adults for missions
it was my first time really tried hard not to do too much...
so that i can give way for others...
(haha, the team will laugh at this...
coz i conveniently 'let them do')
(but seriously, i need to remind myself not do so much)
it was my first time to Takeo...

there are many more new experiences throughout the trip...
but one really excite me was the encounter of praying for Davy...

that morning we went for house visitation,
Maggie, Serene, and I went with Davy and Srey Len...
at the end of the visitation we prayed for them..
one of the lady said she has back ache...
so we prayed for her...
on our way back, i told Davy...
"next time when u go back, ask if she still have back ache...
if yes, then measure her leg.. maybe she has long-short leg problem"
then she looked puzzle, so i said...
"u have back ache?" "Yes," she answered...
i was excited because i know can 'teach' them how to pray...

so when we reach the mission house, i sat her down on a chair..
then with proper 'measuring way' (too long to describe)...
realized that Davy's left leg was shorter than her right leg by about an inch...
at that time Srey Len was locking the gate...
(Argie, Maggie, Serene, and Pei Kee were around)
i wanted Srey Len to learn as well...
so while holding Davy's legs, i called for Srey Len...
she quickly turn back and walked to us...
it was juz 2-3 steps distance...
but by the time Srey Len came near...
Davy's left leg grew!!!
YUP, without any prayer...
it just GREW!!!
i have prayed for a lot of long-short leg cases...
but it's my very first encounter....
without any prayer and the leg grew...
wow, i am juz so amazed...

Indeed, when we go out and preach the good news,
signs and wonders will follow...
Lord, Your word is true!
